Are we a good match?
Life can feel overwhelming when it seems like nothing is going as planned, your relationships leave you feeling stuck or hurt, or you’re finally ready to confront a difficult past that has been weighing you down. These challenges can make you question your direction, your worth, or even your ability to heal. I believe that change is possible, and I’m here to help you uncover your strengths, navigate your struggles, and create the life and relationships you deserve.

Couples and Family Therapy
Relationships can be one of life’s greatest joys—and its greatest sources of stress. Whether you’re struggling with communication, navigating conflict, or rebuilding trust, I’ll help you and your partner or family find common ground and strengthen your connection. With training in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I use proven techniques to help couples and families better understand one another, manage disagreements, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Together, we’ll work toward creating a safe and supportive space in your relationship where love, respect, and understanding can thrive.

If you’re feeling disconnected from your partner or stuck in cycles of conflict, therapy can help you break free and build the relationship you truly want. My goal is to help couples and families gain the tools they need to grow together and sustain lasting bonds.

Men’s Issues
As a man, you might feel the weight of unspoken expectations—to always be strong, to keep your emotions in check, or to carry burdens alone. For Black men especially, these pressures can feel compounded by societal challenges that leave little room for vulnerability. I understand the struggles that men face, and I create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
Whether you’re grappling with stress, questioning your identity, struggling to connect with loved ones, or simply seeking to understand yourself better, therapy can help you reclaim your sense of self and your purpose. Together, we’ll tackle the emotional hurdles, break down harmful stigmas, and work toward a life where you feel more confident, empowered, and fulfilled.

Trauma and PTSD
The scars of trauma can linger long after the events themselves, showing up in unexpected ways—fear, anxiety, distrust, or even physical symptoms. Whether you’ve experienced a painful past, survived domestic violence, or endured other hardships, you don’t have to carry the weight of your trauma alone.
For survivors of domestic violence, the impact can extend far beyond physical harm. The emotional wounds—feelings of shame, guilt, fear, or isolation—can be just as profound. I understand the complex and deeply personal challenges that come with reclaiming your sense of safety, identity, and self-worth after such experiences.

Using trauma-informed approaches like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I’ll help you safely process your experiences, reduce distress, and regain control over your life. Together, we’ll work on strategies to rebuild trust in yourself and others, establish healthy boundaries, and strengthen your sense of empowerment. Therapy is not about erasing the past; it’s about learning to live fully in the present while transforming pain into strength.

Let's Begin the Journey
I’m here to support you, wherever you are in your journey. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a sense of direction, my goal is to help you find peace and purpose in your life. Let’s take this first step together—toward a future where you feel confident, connected, and in control.
